This one is by far the simplest to use. A couple of taps and I have my table ready and waiting for me!

Great restaurants and excellent support.

TL;DR - charges up front, buggy app, not a lot of choices, use open table or Yelp. Im not sure what sets this app apart from the other big names in reservation services, except the part where they charge you in full the moment you make the reservation. While it may seem convenient, I would prefer to be charge the day of the meal rather than completely up front. The app itself was extremely buggy and crashed when I refused to allow location services. It further would allow me to make certain changes to my reservation.

Cant get it to work on iPhone 6 running 9.0.2. It just freezes.

Resy is like having your own personal concierge. The arsenal of restaurants continues to improve.

Tried to link through my laptop to change a reservation and it wouldnt let me do it. Had to use the phone app to try to change the date of the reservation but it would only let me go out one week, so again I couldnt do it. Ive used OpenTable and I use Yelp to book all the time. Theyre easy. Im not going to book restaurants using this app, Ill take my business to restaurants where its so much easier to make a reservation.

So easy to use. It has a reminder text option and lots of restaurants listed.

Limited restaurants and availability. Not in enough cities of you travel. Requires way too much personal information. Most of the restaurants in LA are on Opentable with more selection. Not worth it.

I used this app yesterday, I didnt realize that I was actually paying a cover for the table! I sympathize with restaurants and the issue of no-shows and Im willing to provide a credit card and pay a fee if I dont show up but I shouldnt have to pay just to sit down. As a practical matter I STRONGLY recommend you cross-reference the results on here with Opentable when theres a fee involved. Often times you can find the exact same time available on OT for FREE. If you live in LA dont bother with this, save the $10-25 and buy a couple drinks instead of pissing it away on a ridiculous cover charge.

Extremely buggy app. Main reservation is delayed and often ends in a recursive loop where youre unable to make any reservations. This has happened every time Ive attempted to make reservations at high in demand restaurants. Ive lost reservations because the system doesnt have a timer feature to hold your reservation while you choose times or enter a credit card. Restaurant search function is limited. Some parameters such as dates havent been adjusted for some restaurants that have a 3 month advance booking system. You can only book for the current week. Another helpful function that is missing is the ability to favorite restaurants. Choose anything else but this App Or call the restaurant directly if theyre using Resy.

Used Resy to make a reservation for 2 at 7:15 and was told my table would be "ready soon" at 7:52. Left and ate somewhere else.

$12 to make a reservation!? I have to pay just to sit down!?

This is the best reservation app Ive found. The quality of restaurants is higher and Ive been lucky enough to get tables at peak times. Definitely my new go-to when I want to eat out.
